Masturbate to reduce risk of prostate cancer
For generations, people believed or they were made to believe that over active sex life has something to do with prostate cancer. But a number of advanced medical researches established the contrary.
These researches claim that frequent sexual activity can actually reduce a man's risk of prostate cancer.
- One Harvard University study claimed that the men who experience at least 20 monthly ejaculations actually run 33% less risk of developing prostate cancer in the latter course of life. On the other hand the men with an ejaculation frequency of only four to seven times per month starting from 20's to rest of the life span run an increased risk of developing this disease.
- Another study concluded the likelihood of developing prostate cancer diminishes with the frequency of ejaculation that they experience between the ages of 20 and 50.
- Some of the studies also concluded that this protective capacity of sexual activities will be most effective for those men who in their twenties have ejaculation more than five times per week; they are one-third less likely to develop prostate cancer later in life.
