The three genital issues that most affect male confidence are small penises, pointy penises and premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation shouldn't be viewed as that much of a problem.

As long as sex is a matter for the two people involved, there's no such thing as a perfect amount of time for it. The amount of time a couple dedicates to sex should be decided between themselves, and no one else should have anything else to do with it. In NHK's 1999 study on Japanese sexuality and sexuality awareness, the average amount of time people spent having sex (which was meant to be the period from foreplay to ejaculation) was 33 minutes. The younger the respondent, the longer they spent having sex. But that figure was only an average. Sex doesn't become good just by taking a long time and it's not bad just because it's over quickly. It's more complex than that.
